Dwelling in the excellency & holiness of God!

                                        Deuteronomy 33

If we learn to dwell in the holiness and excellency of God we are promised that we will reap all of the benefits of being with Him. Psalm 91:1 says * He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most high shall abide in the shadow of the Almighty.*

Here are just a few of those benefits that we are entitled to as we dwell in the holiness and excellency of God.
We are promised that His everlasting arms will hold us up so that we won't stumble and fall. We are promised divine grace  2Corinthians 12:9 says *My grace is sufficient for thee.* We are promised that we will be more than conquerors over our spiritual enemies. Romans 8:37 says
*In all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us* We are promised that all who keep close to God, shall be kept safe by him.We are promised that we will never go hungry. Exodus 3:8 says *And I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey;*Psalm 37:25 says * I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.* We are promised that if we are ever in danger or in want of any good thing all we have to do is go to God our Father. We are promised that if our hearts are the excellency of holiness, that we are defended by the whole armor of God. We are promised victory over our enemies. We are promised the favor of God to satisfy our soul. And through out the word there are so many more promises for us to abide in.

So how do we dwell in the excellency and holiness of God?To dwell means to : abide , to remain, to exist, to live as a resident. Holiness means : when attributed to God> His awesomeness , He is above all other, He is transcendent.Excellency means:outstanding or of valuable quality.

So in essence all God is asking of us is that we exist or live in His awesome outstandingly valuable presence. By being continually in prayer and the living word. Keeping our mind stay on Him. Prayer is conversation with God. So we need to continually through out our days be in conversation with God. We need to do all that we do for the glory of God. We need to  give thanks for everything.  We need to rejoice in the Lord always . And there are many more scriptures that can help us to know how to exist in the holiness and excellency of God. But, we will only find them through reading His living word and communicating with Him.
